CutshawKane is a music composition and production company specializing in music for film and various media productions. Partners, Chris Ferree and Brad Hord, are long time friends and musicians who have collaborated on many musical ventures for over twenty years. Throughout those years, they have also shared a passion for film. In fact, the name, "CutshawKane", is based on the two lead characters from one of their favorite films, "The Ninth Configuration", written and directed by William Peter Blatty.

CutshawKane are interested in meeting and working with new directors and strive to work closely with the filmmaker to help bring his or her vision to reality. The music of CutshawKane has been featured in films of every genre as well as documentaries. Whether it is an orchestrated score with ethereal strings and epic brass, an intense horror score, or a soundtrack that calls for a more light-hearted tone, Ferree and Hord can deliver.
